The transition from Express Email Marketing to the new software platform, Email Marketing, has been completed.
Customers on the older platform have been upgraded free and new customers signing up for this service will automatically be on the new software platform.
The new software is far more user friendly; drag and drop style. For instance, uploading images from your desktop into the image database is a single mouse click; click to drag and release to paste. The same is true for moving an image from the image database folder to the template. Images will also auto-size to a standard place holder but with a simple click and drag motion can be extend or contract to a more suitable size.
As can be expected, your newsletter or communication can be personalized, e.g. Dear Sam, but with a fallback if you do not have the first name, for instance, Dear Customer,
Dear {{first_name,fallback=Customer}},
Address lists can be uploaded from CSV, TXT, vCard, Excel files as well as entered one by one.
The new software will also generate your signup form(s) and generate you the code to embed your form into your website, blog or add a link to your outgoing emails.
